In addition to complimentary broadcast emails, NAMA offers several other services to assist chapters with mailings and meetings. Based on the chapter size and number of programs and activities, a chapter can choose what is most cost effective for their needs.

Email Communications

Due to privacy issues and because NAMA’s records are usually the most current, NAMA will send broadcast emails for chapters. This is a complimentary service for chapters.

(Note: NAMA cannot send attachments with email broadcasts.) Mailings are available at the a la carte price as noted below.

Communication Enhancements

Email communications may be enhanced by the use of supplemental postal mailings. These services are provided at-cost and are in addition to the a la carte package cost.

(Note: Small Chapter = up to 40 members; Medium Chapter = 41 – 74 members; Large Chapter = 75 members or more)

Mailing - Postal mailing to members. Cost: $.04 per page (if copied or letterhead supplied by the NAMA office); $.04 per envelope; plus current postage cost.

A communication will count as any document forwarded to the list requested by the chapter. This could include executive committee, neighboring chapters, etc. For example: A NAMA Chapter would like NAMA to send a mailing to their members and the executive committee about an upcoming meeting. They forward a copy of the mailing to the NAMA office. This counts as one communication. If in two weeks the chapter would like to send out another notice about the same meeting in the same
fashion, this will count as another communication.

Labels - All chapters may obtain 2 sets of mailing address labels, (for their chapter members) per month from the NAMA office, for chapter purposes at no cost. Labels requests above 2 sets per month, or for chapters other than your own, are $.20 per label.

Time Requirements

Correspondence to be communicated to chapter members should be emailed, faxed or mailed to Debbie Brummel in the NAMA office. Documents should be designed, proofed and ready for distribution. Please provide email information to the NAMA office at least 24 business hours in advance of the target distribution
date. Postal mailings should be received at least 48 business hours prior to the target date.

Name Badges

NAMA can supply name badges for all of your chapter meetings for one price:

Small Chapter $25
Medium Chapter $35
Large Chapter $50

If you decide to pay per badge, rather than paying one annual fee, the cost is $.50 per badge.

Meeting Registration Processes

Chapters are welcome to have attendees register for chapter meetings via the NAMA registration site. Credit card fees are deducted from the next chapter check. There are no other costs involved in the process. Please allow at least 48 business hours to set this up. If interested or if you have questions, contact Debbie Brummel at debbieb@nama.org.
