Brighton USA, a fast growing, fully integrated communications agency based in St. Louis, is looking for a high-energy Account Supervisor to join our Account Service team. Brighton offers its clients an overall communication strategy that includes direct marketing, creative, full-service media, public relations and more.
This is a senior level position at Brighton, with responsibility for directing marketing communications for a large agrochemical client. A candidate for this position should possess the following attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 7-10 years of demonstrated account lead experience
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Energetic desire to provide the highest quality customer service
- Ability to coordinate an integrated team to achieve outstanding results for our largest client
- Be a highly motivated self-starter able to juggle a variety of projects under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong client focus
- Be highly organized and possess strong leadership abilities and excellent oral/writing/editing skills
- Think strategically and deliver results
- Experience in a highly demanding, deadline driven industry
- Proven ability to be a positive motivational leader and to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of corn and soybean crop production is a plus
The individual we hire for this position will be charged with the following core responsibilities:
- Team with our client to achieve common goals
- Ensure the client has the right tools, materials, people and information to achieve their goals
- Assist in plan development and execution of approved tactics
- Lead account service team members while coordinating other areas of the business, including creative, production, media and digital services
- Budget management and administration
