You are not alone, and you don’t need to reinvent the wheel. There are lots of people eager to share their experience and a wealth of resources available to help you. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance.
Ways to find help:
NAMA has resources for chapters from templates to promotional items. Contact the national office to see what they can provide. Email [email protected].
Review NAMA’s online resources. The page you are reading right now is just one of many things available through the NAMA website. One place to start is nama.org/recruitment_tools.
Talk with leaders and membership chairs from other chapters as well as others in your chapter about what has worked (or not) for them at past events.
Reach out to Student NAMA groups in your area to see how they can help, especially if you are targeting recent graduates for NAMA membership.
